THE place for a Full English. No-frills, quick service. Set menu, just make a few choices and you're all set. I noticed that this place was frequented by blue-collar workers trying to get a hearty breakfast in- not a touristy joint at all, which is an awesome sign. One of the few remaining authentic cafes in central London (also very centrally located near Pimlico). Try it for yourself, even if you don't like it you're only out £9 or so. Although I'm sure you won't regret visiting this place.

I couldn't visit London without trying out a traditional English breakfast! The Regency Cafe was highly recommended and I can definitely see why. There is a famous cashier that yells out orders and it was cool seeing how efficient their team works. There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moves quite quickly. What we got: - Set Breakfast Deal (1 Egg, 2 bacon, sausage, with beans or tomatoes, tea or coffee, toast or bread) - Hashbrowns - Black Pudding Final thoughts: With a party of three people, we were able to try just about everything on the set breakfast menu. I found the meats (bacon/sausage) a bit salty but it was fine when eaten with your bread, hashbrowns, and tomato. The breakfast deal is £8.95 and quite a large portion too. If you're in London, this is a great spot to try a traditional breakfast!

The cashier yelling your order was amazing. Scared the sh*t out of me. Delicious English breakfast in what us otherside-of-the-pond people call a diner. Blood sausage made me happy. Old school tables and quick turn around. Perfect middle class breakfast and off ya go. Worth the wait on line, it moves fast.

The Regency Cafe is very much a what you see is what you get type of place but one I really liked! It's a pretty small restaurant but they are very efficient. You line up to place your order and are then given a table, food comes out shortly after. My husband ordered the eggs benedict and I got the traditional English breakfast which came with eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, toast, and tea. I added on hash browns as well. I'm a fan of baked beans and toast, so that definitely hit the spot! Sausage was nice, I'd probably ask for the bacon well done for how I like it, and the hash browns were also good. My husband liked the benedict too. Overall, if you're in the area and are in the mood for a simple, solid breakfast, I'd recommend stopping in!

A classic English diner located in London within walking distance to Buckingham palace. This place is well known amongst locals and tourists with many coming for the breakfast combo that goes for 8.95 pounds. You get 1 egg prepared over easy, 2 slices of bacon, 1 pork sausage, choice of grilled tomatoes or beans, 2 slices of toast and choice of coffee or tea. If you want milk in your coffee or tea they actually steam the milk before adding it to your coffee. It was a nice touch. A few things to note: - you need to order BEFORE sitting, there is actually a sign at the door stating this. Once you have ordered you can find a seat and your order will be called out to go back to get it at the counter - egg is made one way - no choice of bread, white sandwich only - this is not a place where you bring a big group to have a leisurely breakfast; it's very much a order, eat and leave. Turnover is very fast. Once you are done someone will clear the table. - they also carry lunch items such as pasta, sandwiches etc Was a good experience for a quick breakfast. The ham was too salty but the experience in general was pretty good.

Breakfast in a historic diner, a perfect combination! I was told by some friends I needed to try it out so I finally made my way here. The diner reminded me of the old places I used to visit in New Jersey. The staff were friendly and fast with the food. The line to order was long and there isn't a ton of seating but don't let that bother you as people cycled through fairly rapidly and I didn't need to wait for a seat. I tried the Breakfast Deal (sausage, bacon, egg, beans, toast, coffee) and added hash browns, all for $14 USD. Pretty good food for a very affordable price gets them a win in my book. Worth visiting if you are in the area!

We couldn't visit London and not get English Breakfast! I looked up places that had good reviews and Regency Cafe was right in the area that we would be passing by in. It did not disappoint! Don't be discouraged if the line is long - it moves pretty quickly! Be sure you know what you want to order, the head person at the cashier is working fast and makes you want to order fast too! Everything is extremely efficient, even if most tables are taken, by the time you get your food, another table is cleaned up ready for another customer to be seated. We got the Full English Breakfast, and WOW what a plate! You could definitely share this plate with someone else and be satisfied! I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed Black Pudding, it was just a crispy sausage in my eyes. Beans were great, eggs were great, hash browns great... I only didn't really enjoy the Bubble & Squeak. It was just too dense for me and mushy. We also tried Corned Beef and that was decent, although we definitely didn't need to order both items off the menu. Overall, a great spot to get English Breakfast if you're in the area!

Heard this spot had the best English Breakfast in London and it did not disappoint. Quite the line to order but it moves quicklyish. Pretty fast turnover so I didn't have an issue getting a table once I ordered. I went with the Breakfast deal w/ beans, toast, and coffee then added the black pudding. The food was amazing! (The coffee was not good, so order tea instead.) Great service! Would definitely recommend as the spot to get an English Breakfast.

I love this traditional art deco cafe close to our Airbnb. I had to come back twice during our 5 days trip. I had the egg Benedict on the first day that was a bomb! We also tried different things, sauce and liver, set breakfast with beans, bacon, sausage, toast and tea. This place get busy. The kitchen staffs and the owner are a great team. They hustle and bustle all day long.

Stopped by for a traditional English breakfast plate and experience while exploring the nearby area. You order the food at the counter and grab a seat. Although the establishment seems to not have enough tables, the hardworking waiters quickly make them available as diners finish their meal and go. The portions are huge and the prices are affordable. We ordered the English breakfast with all the extras along with a bread pudding, and this was more than enough food for two people. The black pudding, sausage, toast, and hash browns were the highlights of the dish. The bacon, however, was too salty for my tastes. There was also English vibes provided by the diner decor and direct service. With the of quantity of food for the price and quick service, I'd return next time I'm in the area.
